    Custom equine solutions

    Trading Terms and Conditions



    1. Quotations
    All quotations provided by Custom Equine Solutions are valid for 30 days from the date of issue, unless stated otherwise.


    Prices quoted are based on material costs, labour rates, and conditions applicable at the time of quotation.


    Any variation in costs beyond our control may result in price adjustments.


    2. Orders


    Orders are accepted in writing via email or signed quote acceptance.


    By placing an order, the client agrees to these Terms and Conditions.


    3. Payment Terms
    Deposit: A deposit of 30% is required upon acceptance of the quotation, prior to commencement of work.
    Progress Payments: May be required for larger projects, as outlined in the quotation.


    Final Payment: Balance payable strictly upon completion or prior to delivery/installation.


    Payments can be made by bank transfer or other approved methods.


    Ownership of all goods remains with Custom Equine Solutions until full payment is received.


    4. Delivery and Installation


    Any quoted delivery or installation dates are estimates only.


    Custom Equine Solutions shall not be liable for any loss or damages arising from delays beyond our reasonable control.


    Delivery and installation are subject to site accessibility, ground conditions, and any council or regulatory approvals where applicable.


    5. Warranty


    We warrant that all fabricated products supplied by Custom Equine Solutions are free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 12 months from the date of delivery or installation.


    Warranty does not cover misuse, accidental damage, neglect, or unauthorised modifications.


    6. Variations
    Any requested changes to the original scope of works must be provided in writing and may result in additional charges and/or time extensions.


    7. Cancellations


    Orders cancelled after fabrication has commenced may be subject to a cancellation fee to cover labour, materials, and overheads incurred.


    Deposits are non-refundable once works have commenced.


    8. Limitation of Liability



    To the maximum extent permitted by law, Custom Equine Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential loss or damage resulting from the supply of goods or services.


    9. Governing Law


    These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia.
